Hey! Its been a while….years, since my last Blog post.
I just picked up 4 rolls of the new Lomography Color ‘92 35mm film stock that came out about a month ago. So far I only had the time to shoot one roll at 400 ISO in my Leica M7. The photos above were all taken on the same day starting around noon in the brightest light situations leading into golden/blue hour.
From the examples I’ve seen online from other shooters they mostly recommended shooting this stock around the 100 to 200 ISO cause of the chance of underexposure. I can agree with them on that due to my results. Now I relied solely on the meter of my M7 which isn’t always the most accurate but the results I got actually worked for me with the look I’m always going for when shooting color film.
All in all I actually was really happy with how the images came out with this first roll and is now I have a better idea of what I can expect moving forward. This film actually gives me a little Metropolis vibes but a little dingier (which I love personally). It does have a blue cast that was easily chilled out to my liking in Adobe Lightroom. I’m excited to work with this film more! Great job Lomo!
I plan to share the next couple of rolls when I get the time.
Thanks Lomography for always being here for us film shooters!
